Shipping
We ship the shirts anywhere in the world via TNT Express courier. Prices of shirts and pajamas include shipping.

Payment
We accept credit card payments. We use the WebPay system, in which you are sent from our server to the server of Transbank (the only credit card issuer in Chile) where you introduce all of your data using SSL and 128 bit encryption. We never know nor store your data in our server, the payment transaction takes place in the server of the banking system; this way the payment is as secure as paying in any store.

Delivery date
As usual, allow two weeks for the shirts to be ready. In summer time (February) the delivery takes as long as one month due to vacations.

Returns
Our shirts enjoy lifetime warranty against factory defects.
If you already are a customer and the shirt was made to your measures, but you think that the color was not exactly what you saw on screen, no returns apply. When you buy through our web site you assume that colors in your monitor may not perfectly match to that of the real fabric, as some factors as the number of colors and calibration of each monitor can affect how the fabric looks.
We have made an extensive scanner an retouching work to ensure that fabrics on the screen reflect as good as possible the real ones, spending as much as one hour in some fabrics. Actually, we think we make the best image work for fabrics found on the Web.
